Hey Gary,
Well, so far the whole "ssst" thing just isn't working,
lol ... she doesn't mind any loud noises at all (she has gotten
use to hearing the dog's bark and making lots of noise,
so it doesn't phase her anymore). Redirecting her with
treat's seems to help temporarily (she LOVES treats
and is obsessed with them) until she eat's it and goes back
to doing what she's not suppose to (haha) but she's getting
better. So, we put up our Christmas tree yesterday, which
we've been thinking was going to be trouble with her and
boy were we right! First thing she did was climb inside
the tree! lol ... I couldn't stop laughing, so I took some
picture's of her. We haven't decorated it yet, but I
have this feeling we're going to be picking up lot's
of decoration's off the floor! She is so crazy, always'
making me laugh. She is so big now!!! Almost the
same size as my other cat! It's funny, because she
keep's trying to play with him and he doesn't really
want to, so she will chase him from room to room
and he will be laying on the couch and sneak up and
jump on him and freak him out, it's so funny. She
was chasing his tail the other day, always' picking
on him. It's so cute, she know's when it's time for
bed. I'll start walking upstairs and the dog's will
follow me and here she comes bouncing up the
stairs behind us. Then she will sit at her water
bowl waiting for a refill (the dog's love to drink
all the water) she likes to have a drink before
going to bed and I have to put dry food in her
bowl to last her through the night, she'll nibble
a bit and jump in bed until I get up in the morning
and she work's with us throughout the day.
The kid's all love her! She takes a nap with
them in the afternoon and wakes up when
they do ready to play. She act's more like a
child then a cat. I love her so much, thank
you again for this amazing little girl, she mean's
so much to me. I've finally got some picture's on
my laptop, so I hope you enjoy them. I'm posting
a new video of her on my youtube if you want to
check it out! Talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
Kelly & Lizzy
