Cheeky

Cheeky (Goochies boy) shows off on the couch at his home

Posted by Picasa

Hi Gary,

Cheeky is wonderful and HUGE for 8 months!!!
He is going to be so big and lean if he
ever reaches maturity. I saw that people
are commenting on tail width and length on
your website...Cheeky's tail is basically
the feather duster for the house. He is
unbelievably smart and has us all trained
at his beck and call. I'm in the process of
training him to fetch like my previous
Maine Coon that I had when I was younger.
You can see he understands everything, but
he looks at me like, " Lady, you're crazy
if you think I'm going to give up this ultra
cool toy!! " It's very funny!! I thought I
was going to be his master in the household,
but apparently Isabelle is his mom and I am
the sibling.....go figure! She can do
anything to him, like slobber kisses all
over his face and he will just sit there
for it. I, on the other hand, have been
dubbed the chew toy. He thinks I'm the
sister to beat up on and the 7 year old
is the boss. He is Ninja Kitty with me!!
It's quite comical and we are all one big
happy family! Hope all is well with you
and you have a happy new year! Enjoy the
pictures!

Take care,

Shayla

DaVinci loves his dog

Dear Gary,

Hi and happy new year. I would love to
write and also share with all of your other
kitten families about how happy we are
and about how much we love and adore
our daVinci. he has brought us so much
happiness, joy and laughter. He is the
most active, fun loving, curious little
guy. I am just so in love with him.

I really just once again wanted to share
with all to see, about the way I thought
that you give so much a part of yourself
in finding homes for the kitties and to
say that I thought you were terrific and
that all of your kittens seem so happy,
well adjusted and loved. write me back
when you get a moment.

Thanks Gary. take care. Lisa

Note from Gary & Kathy:

Thanks Lisa and all the people who
have done a tremendous job in taking care
of our kittens and loving them and
providing them such good homes where
they can be safe and thrive.

We love to get updates and new pictures
and stories.

Rocky (Gooeys red boy) trains his owner to give him treats, and watches his weight! (Just kidding!)

Hello Gary,

I hope that you had a good holiday!
I went away to Acapulco at the last
minute with a friend for Christmas
and New Years! Loved it. Weather
amazing!

Anyway, I have just taken some photos
this morning of Rocky to update
how much he is growing. He is always
in the bathroom with me as I am
getting ready for work. He will just
lay on top of the bathroom scale
and watch me!

All your kittens look like they are
doing well in their new homes.
These cats are so smart! Isn't
that what everyone says about their
kids or in my case - my cat! I
just started giving Rocky a little
treat after I brush him because
sometimes he would try to bite
the brush or me (and not because
I was brushing too hard or anything).
And I would do this after I came
home from work. Well now after
just 3 days of doing this, when I
arrive home, he comes to greet me
but then promptly jumps onto his
perch ready for his daily grooming.
He lets me brush him now
and then anxiously waits for
his treat! I love it. So now
I am going to see if I can train
him to do other things!

Take care!

Lynda

Gary, Here are a few photos. Sorry it has taken me so long to get back with
you. Thank you so much for the baby photo of Big Red "Buddah" I can't
believe he was ever so little.

I have put together a photo album of Buddah and Nani from the photos you
have on your site, so now we have a family tree of the kids.

The kids are doing fantastic, we enjoy every day we have with them. Play,
play, play all day long. Buddah is all little boy, always into one thing or
another. Nani is all little girl, loves to be brushed and loved a lot. Nani
is still long and lean while Buddah is strong and big, his paws are huge.
Buddah's tail is about 4 inches around, and he always holds it high in the
air. I think he is very proud of that tail.

Buddah, Nani and Halfpint really enjoyed the live lobster, it was cute
watching them, while they tried to figure out what in the world this animal
was.

Mojito is doing fantastic. By morning he officially made this his home. He runs around the house following us and has the loudest purr we ever heard. He is eating well and already knows where his litter box is. He is very affectionate and playful.

Reddys Blue Silver girl at home (Sylvie)

Happy New Year Gary.
I wanted to give you a quick update of our little girl. She has made her place in our family and in our hearts. Spoiled rotten, like we had any other choice as she demands to be spoiled!! :o) She has already taught the dogs that she is QUEEN of the house and it's her way or they get a swipe on the nose with a paw. She brings smiles to our faces every day, my favorite is her purr motor, it shocks me how LOUD she can get. LOL I have attached some pictures for you to enjoy.
Thank you so much for her!!!
Happy New year
