She came to our bedroom and got on the bed and
demanded petting then went into labor. When placed in
an expensive large carrier she refused and eventually
ended up in a cardboard box, of course in the closet.
She would not let me leave before the first kitten or
after the first. She followed me out and cried at me,
till I went back in to help. She had four and at
first blush without removing them into decent light
they are 2 black or black smoke, a tabby and a
blue or silver tabby. They all seemed to double in
size in an hour, in Maine Coon fashion...
Further pictures to come. I will keep posting on this
blog but will also debut a web site with the arrival
of kittens this week.
Goochie who was briefly shy when I got her, really
showed her confidence in her people and her love for
her kittens.
